Our IT-dept is aware of the problem and is currently striving to resolve the problem in a timely manner. I would NEVER suggest this software to anyone after the problems I've had with it. My daughter recently turned 16, and for those of you who don’t have children, this is probably the most stressful time for a parent. It may take some time for the recordings to be converted and processed.
Even though this is troubling news for me, it would've been worse if I had never have found out. Again, I tried customer service many times and got nowhere.
